Being a mgr for a resturant you see and hear a lot. And just when you think you've heard it all, then bam, something tops it.
I was in charge one day and during a busy night about 5ish, a phone person tells me someone wants to talk to the mgr. So I think to myself lucky me. I take the call and the customer tells me that he was upset that one of our drivers ran over his garbage can and didn't look like he was paying attention. I told him sorry he backed into your garbage can, I will have to have a talk to him call you to say sorry. The customer tells me he didn't back into it. I'm not sure if he meant because he was distracted with the kid in the middle of the front seats hopping around but.. (I stopped him) Wait... Little kid? Hopping up and down??
He repeated the story and also added "He didn't seem to be in a hurry so maybe he told the kid to get into the seat before he picked up speed." I told him I will have to check into this, thanks for telling me. The customer also said he didn't want to get him into trouble. He was kinda worried about the kid.
Well thinking about this.. I thought his kids are all much older then 8 years at the time and I would think his kids would know better. Then I thought about this one chick that was into him and started looking for her and a few people told me she was with him on delivery. I thought, "What are the changes?"
He came back to the store and I asked him please tell me you had a kid hopping up and down in the front seat of your caravan. All he can say was (shocked look) "No Way, where did you get this?" I told him and he confessed but I'm sure I don't have to point the viewers to A then B and C to get the point across.
